So, I bought a DVD set last week. It's the complete series of "Space: Above and Beyond". So far, the only successful person in the cast is James Morrison who went on to play Bill Buchanan on "24".
The series is pretty good. It's the story of a team of 5 people; members of the USMC in the year 2063. The Future Bill Buchanan plays their CO. You have the usual suspects - the tough guy/outsider, the woman leader whose parents were murdered by bad guys, the smart Asian, and the token African-American female. The stories are interesting and make sense. No leaps of faith on this show - if people are bad, they are bad for a reason. Team-man-ship and comraderie is key and that's nice.
There are 6 DVDs in the set, and I've made it throught 2. I'm going back for the rest. I don't know if it's on Netflix or not, but if it is, watch a few episodes. It's pretty good!

One of the females from that show was on the 2nd season of Millennium, but thats all I got as far as what the folks went on to do.
